HOW WILL GOD BE ENJOYED BY HIS PEOPLE IN ETERNITY?

There is A PERFECT ENJOYMENT OF GOD IN HEAVEN, when this world is no more.

This consists in,

1. AN INTIMATE PRESENCE WITH HIM IN GLORY

“For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.” – 1 Corinthians 13:12

“So then, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God” – Hebrews 4:9

“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence, there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” – Psalm 16:11

God Himself shall be with them, and they shall ever be with the Lord, enjoying His glorious presence, brought near to His throne, and standing before Him, where He reveals His inconceivable glory.

2. IN SEEING HIM AS HE IS

“Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is.” – 1 John 3:2

They shall have a full, a satisfying, and never-ending sight of God, and of all His glorious perfections and excellencies, and they shall be ravished with the view thereof foreve
